Did you know:

So, what do we do about this? Drink MORE WATER! If you drink 1/2 your body weight in water, you WILL lose weight. For instance, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink 80 ounces of water per day. I know that seems like a great deal, and it is, but it works! You will lose belly fat, your belly will shrink and so will everywhere else. I promise you will feel more energized and overall – Better!
