Lose Belly Fat with Water, Water, and More WATER!

The body is made up of 80% water, yes, 80%!More water!

Did you know:

  • A majority of the population is chronically dehydrated without even knowing it.
  • If you are dehydrated, your metabolism is running slower.
  • Lack of water causes daytime fatigue.
  • Believe it or not, the average person carries around approximately 20-25 pounds of water weight —> therefore, filling bloated, tired and with no energy.

So, what do we do about this? Drink MORE WATER! If you drink 1/2 your body weight in water, you WILL lose weight. For instance, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink 80 ounces of water per day. I know that seems like a great deal, and it is, but it works! You will lose belly fat, your belly will shrink and so will everywhere else. I promise you will feel more energized and overall – Better!

    It really helps to have something containing the full or close to amount. I always thought I was drinking enough until I actually starting measure it all. It really does give me more energy. Thank you for posting, most of us don’t realize how much we really need.
